一、 阅读理解题型的应试策略
阅读理解主要考查学生对于不同体裁和不同题材语言材料的理解能力，以及通过材料的阅读，对材料中信息的捕获能力，文章主旨及作者的态度、观点等地领会和理解能力。所以如何提高英语阅读理解能力对于考生应对各种英语考试是非常重要的。
高职升本英语考试的阅读理解常见的题型：

1.主旨题
这类题目主要考查考生对文章或段落整体大意的把握。这类题目一般以下列的形式出现：
The main point of the passage is to …
What is the main purpose of the passage?
Which of the following statements best expresses the main idea of the passage?
What is the best title for the passage?
The purpose of the passage is to discuss…
例如：2005年的第25题：
25. Which is the best title for this passage?
A. Why People Lie B. Making False Claims.
C. Lying with the Truth. D. How to Win a Lottery.

2. 细节题
常见的提问方式有以下几种：
Which of the following is NOT true according to the passage?
Which is NOT mentioned in the passage?
Which of the following statements is true?
Which of the following is best supported by the passage?
The author states all the following EXCEPT…
From the (first/last) passage we learn that…
例如：2007年真题：

3. 推断题
常见的提问方式有以下几种
It can be inferred from the passage that...
The author implies that…
The passage suggests that…

4. 词语/句意猜测题
常见的提问方式有以下几种：
